Rental Marketing
List to multiple websites and we have a self showing system that allows tenants to go out and see the property on their own.
Inspections
After move out of a tenant we do a move out inspection and make any necessary repairs/cleaning needed. We also do qtrly inspections of units.
Tenant Screening
Meticulous background check. We make sure they have good credit. Make sure there is no criminal background and make sure they make 3x the market rent.
Rent Collection
We have a process in place where late fees are posted on the 6th automatically and 3 day pay and vacates are delivered that same day.
Maintenance
We have vetted and experienced contractors that are automatically sent out when there is a maintenance request. We use Latchel to help us accomplish this.
Enforcement
We work closely with our clients to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly, whether it's eviction notices or fix or vacate notices.
